S - Specifc : Describe your goal in a way that answers “Who” is it for, “What” is to be done, “Why” this is important
M -Measurable : If you can not track the progress, you will not be able achieve the goal. Set up milestones that can track the progress.
A - Attainable : Is the goal realistic or is it a far fetch dream?
R - Relevant : Is this goal align to the overarching goal in the long term? Is it align to your mission and value?
T - Time-bound : Achieve the goal within a reasonable time frame for successful outcome.
